Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item will need receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds

​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.  We hope that you would receive your refund within 7 working days, however dependant on which bank you are with this may differ.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items are handmade and made to order and should be shipped within five working days.  If you need your order by a specific date with a quick turn around, please add into the notes on your order.

Local collection is available at no extra cost. Ipswich.
